    Was in deep contemplation today, and made a decision. Not a promise or a resolution, but a DECISION. Besides gettin' back to meditating on the regular, I'm working on LISTENING more than I speak. I want to work heavily on that character aspect. After all, I have two ears and only one mouth, so I figure I should listen more than I talk.
